Brief description of how the network operates: The network is made up of people working with men and boys from a variety of community, non-government and government services in Western Sydney.  The network provides training and in-service opportunities for people working with men.  The network also acts as an interagency that helps share information about programs and projects for men and boys.

Brief description of how the network operates: The Northern Sydney Father Friendly Community Network (FFCN) aims to raise the profile of fathers and the important role they play within the family through the promotion of Father Inclusive Practice within local organisations, industry forums, interagency meetings and community events. Through the encouragement of new memberships and local community connections, the FFCN aims to ensure that Father Inclusive Practice becomes an integral part of an organisations planning and policy.
